Shipping Policy: Flat Rate Shipping Fee 35$. Dispatch carried out within 3 business days after confirmation of payment. Pre-sale products are normally shipped within the expected period (see product description). Delivery time may vary depending on location.

Warranty Policy: 1 year warranty for non-voided products.
 

Exchange and Return Policy: Must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. In case of return, the amount will be refunded in full and return shipping paid by Saturn Pedals. Please contact us to receive the reverse shipping label.

Refund Policy: The refund will be made within 5 business days of receiving the product at our center.
